2. Projects and services
SPACE W introduces GOW space-data exploration, the V BOX space research lab, the NAT satellite and propulsion development team, and the AIR HUB future integrated terminal concept. Research, development and concept descriptions indicate intended directions, not guarantees of commercial availability, schedules or performance.
3. External platforms and data use
Services reached through external links, including ORBIT, ASTRO, SKY, NEO and GALAXY, are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. API access, data products, reports, fees, licensing and redistribution are governed by the relevant service information or separate agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit false inquiries or spam, send malware, bypass verification, access systems without authorization or interfere with operations. Abnormal requests and repeated email requests may be restricted to protect the service.
5. Verified inquiries
An inquiry can be submitted after confirming a six-digit code sent to the entered email address. This confirms access to that mailbox; it is not legal identity verification. Inquiries are reviewed before a response. Submission does not establish a contract or partnership. Scope, schedule, fees and deliverables require separate agreement.
6. Content and intellectual property
Logos, text, images, software and data belong to the company or their respective rights holders. Automated collection, copying, redistribution, resale, database creation and AI training require permission or an applicable license, except to the extent permitted by law or the relevant content license.
7. Updates and availability
Satellite, astronomical, observation and orbit information may be delayed or revised depending on its source and update cycle. Navigation, safety decisions and equipment operation require suitable official information and verification. Maintenance and external API, email or network failures may interrupt features. These provisions do not exclude liability imposed by applicable law.

1. Scope
Prepared 22 September 2026. This notice describes personal information processed by PITE COMPANY through the SPACE W website and inquiry handling. Please also read the privacy notices of external platforms you visit.
2. Purposes
We process information needed to review collaboration, research, development and service inquiries, confirm mailbox access, respond and follow up, manage inquiry records, prevent spam and misuse, and understand visits and improve the service.
3. Inquiry and verification information
The form collects your name, email and message, plus company and interest selections when provided. Records include submission time, language, originating page, IP address, browser information and read/response status. Email verification uses the email address, a hash of the code, request/expiry/verification times, attempt counts and session-identifying information. Plain verification codes are not stored in the database.
4. Email and administrator handling
A verification code is sent to the address entered. Verified inquiries are available to administrators. Inquiry content and the reply address are used in notifications to admin@pite.co.kr for handling by the responsible staff. Do not include unrelated sensitive information or another person’s personal information.
5. Cookies, external resources and statistics
Session cookies support email verification and administrator login. Blocking cookies in your browser may prevent these features from working. The site uses a PITE visit-statistics script. Requests for external resources such as fonts may transmit IP addresses and browser information to the corresponding provider servers.
6. Retention and destruction
Unnecessary inquiry information is to be destroyed without delay after the response and necessary follow-up are complete. Information required by law is retained separately under the applicable grounds and period. Verification codes are usable for ten minutes; a verified inquiry may be submitted within thirty minutes. Code expiry and deletion of verification records are separate processes. Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery; paper records are shredded or otherwise appropriately destroyed.
7. Disclosure and safeguards
Information is processed for the stated purposes. Disclosure to third parties requires a lawful basis, such as consent or applicable law. Safeguards include restricted administrator access, protection of verification information and limits on abnormal requests.
8. Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Requests are handled under applicable law after confirming the requester, with reasons provided where legal restrictions apply. Notices may cover SPACE W website updates, project descriptions, GOW service links, inquiry processing, verification and notification email maintenance, security measures and other changes affecting use.
2. Maintenance and incidents
Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. For incidents, we communicate confirmed impact, recovery progress and actions taken. Urgent security and stabilization work may come first. Unconfirmed causes or recovery times will not be presented as settled facts.
3. Platform information
Also consult the notices of ORBIT, ASTRO, SKY, NEO and GALAXY when using GOW services. V BOX, NAT and AIR HUB research, development and planning updates are published as information is confirmed. This page is not a live service-status monitor.
4. Inquiry and email issues
If a verification email does not arrive, check the address and spam folder. Request a new code if the previous code has expired; repeated requests are subject to limits. Contact support if the form does not confirm receipt or errors persist.
5. Reports and corrections
Report site errors, broken links, corrections to data descriptions or inquiry problems to 1833-9770 or admin@pite.co.kr. Include the affected page, time and displayed message where possible. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
6. Communication channels
